How do I personalize my ornament?
On the product page, type the names in the Personalization field before adding to cart. We print them exactly as typed.
When will my order arrive?
Every ornament is made to order. Production and delivery times are in our shipping policy.
What if it arrives damaged or with a mistake?
Contact us with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you, as described in our refund policy.
Can I change the names after ordering?
Write to us as soon as possible through the contact page. Once printing starts, changes are no longer possible.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also see it in your account.
